Older, super stout western ranch roping saddle with rawhide wrapped tree. 14.5" seat. Marked I 3974 but no other maker marks. Rigging rings are anchor marked (North & Judd).6 strings need replacement. Tree is sound. Genuine fleece appears to be original. Skirts are 27.5 measured at longest point (notice lower skirt angles forward). Gullet is 6.75” with a bar spread of 11 so SQHB. Saddle has genuine Blevins buckles and nice rigging. This saddle is heavy and well made. Happy to include rear cinch center plus a cinch of whatever length you need. New latigo included.One of the pics shows unusual tooling under cantle. This might hint as to maker. Leather stirrups are tall and boxy. As-is.
